ODLC Endorses Robbie Brydon for upcoming HDSB Trustee Election

The Oakville & District Labour Council has formally endorse Robbie Brydon for the upcoming Halton District School Board Burlington Wards 1 & 2 Trustee By-Election. If you reside in Ward 1&2 we encourage you to use your democratic right and cast you ballot.

Individuals eligible to vote in the by-election for Halton District School Board Trustee Burlington, Wards 1 & 2 must be:

  • a current English-public school board supporter
  • be a resident of Burlington (own or rent) in Ward 1 or Ward 2
  • non-resident, but you or your spouse own or rent residential property in Ward 1 or Ward 2
  • 18 years of age or older
  • a Canadian citizen
  • not prohibited from voting under any law

Eligible voters in Wards 1 & 2 will have three voting options for the by-election:

1. Online, using Internet voting

     May 15 (10 am) to May 19 (3 pm)

Required: Voter Information Letter
10 minute process on desktop computer, phone or tablet with email or text access:

  1. Visit registration portal and submit required information
  2. You will be sent a link and a voting PIN, either by email or text message
  3. Use this link and PIN to vote online.

2. Advance polls – in person

  Wednesday, May 24, 12 pm to 8 pm, Required: ID

  • La Salle Park Pavilion, Lower Level, 50 North Shore Blvd. W

3. Election Day – in person

  Monday, May 29, 10 am – 8 pm, Required: ID
