International Women’s Day 2023

March 20, 2023

This International Women’s Day, we’re celebrating union women.

Across Canada, women are organizing in their unions, workplaces, and communities to demand change.

The Canadian Labour Congress campaign for pay equity pushed the federal government to take action, and won affordable child care deals across Canada—thanks to the hard work of people like you.

We’re stronger than ever.

Union women can come together again to end wage discrimination, fix the child care crisis and make work fairer and safer for all of us — but it’s going to take all of us speaking out.

Join us and pledge to be a gender justice champion in your workplace and community.
