Rising Violence in Halton District School Board elementary schools – Lisa Klimkowski

Oakville & District Labour Council Executive member and President of ETFO Halton was interviewed for a recent article in The Spec, which can be found here. She speaks to the growing number of ETFO members that are taking time off or receiving medical care due to violence in the workplace.

With ETFO’s recent survey results expected to be available in the spring, more public awareness and advocacy will be needed in order to create change that will better the lives of the workers, students and their families.
